This global supplier of Diagnostics instrumentation and products wishes to recruit a Key Account Manager to manage and develop their business in 8-10 identified business critical accounts. These accounts can be found in Scotland, Lancashire, South Yorkshire and Stoke-on-Trent. You will work with a team of 8 people to coordinate and secure the business but will not have any direct reports. The main function of the role is to develop customer satisfaction in the region and increase loyalty by developing added value packages. You will have full responsibility for monitoring, reporting and meeting all key performance indicators in each account, developing and improving Managed Pathology Service Reports and establishing the accounts as reference sites.
To be successful in this role you will already have had similar experience gained within a similar healthcare company. You will have a strong track record of sales experience, strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. It is likely that you will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience and ideally previous experience pf working in an NHS laboratory. You have proven ability to deliver presentations to NHS management and a proven record of delivering Managed Service Contracts.
