This is a significant opportunity for a Key Account Manager looking for a diverse and in-depth International Sales role covering Western Europe. You are a Senior Account Manager with a proven track record of at least 3 years successful experience of Information Sales within the FMCG markets. Alternatively, fantastic New Business focused Key Account Managers with experience of selling a solution rather than a product into the Professional Services/Corporate markets will be considered. The Key Account Manager will be dealing with Senior Level decision makers within the Western European markets and will be new business focused with strong territory and Account Management skills. As a Key Account Manager, you must be used to managing your own portfolio and diary, an excellent communicator, articulate, with the confidence to present at Senior Corporate level within the Western European markets. You are a consultative, solution focused Information Sales professional with a strong background in research.
You will be welcomed into an established and successful Key Accounts Sales team selling global market intelligence solutions into large multi-national companies. You will be charged with the task of identifying and targeting key decision makers within the Western European markets in order to create new business sales opportunities as well as managing huge ticket Key Accounts that are already on board. Key responsibilities include penetration of organisations and the networking of all key decision makers; providing Online demonstrations of Integrated Market Information Systems; creating and negotiating proposals; up selling to existing clients and assisting clients with research and technical support. Regular international travel to Western Europe is required in this role.
