A Key Account Operator is required for this Freight Forwarders Basildon branch to deal with one major Key Account. You will be reporting to the Key Account Supervisor and be responsible for one key account both operationally and commercially within the branch. The role will involve day to day customer liaison. Arrange operational movements of FCL cargo to global destinations. Voyage monitoring/track and trace. Risk assessments on all movements point to point including at destination. Raise Ocean export bills of lading. Send pre alert information to overseas offices. Raise invoices to customers. Complete NES export declarations. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Freight Forwarding or NVOCC role with Key Account experience.
