12 - 20 Hours per week during peak trading times
Job Purpose:
Deliver the highest standards of service through your positive attitude to the role.
Support the Kickstart process to deliver an excellent induction process for members and strive to drive retention
Support members achieving their ?real life' fitness goals
Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention.
Continually strive to improve your fitness knowledge
What we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of fitness procedures and fitness products would be desirable not essential
- Customer service focused.
- Team player
- Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion for the role
- A passion for standards
