We have been tasked with exclusively recruiting for this exciting and expanding high street based hand built kitchen business.The company expansion plans are impressive and they are now looking for talented sales driven kitchen designers to join them and help reach their targeted branch opening program.
The company offers a fantastic training program designed to advance you to the role of full designer and is structured in such a way as to ensure your personal success.
You must have at least one year of experience selling and designing kitchens and be trained on a recognisable CAD package.At this stage we are not overly concerned whether you have high end experience or not as we will consider all levels of the market as long as your sales style and professionalism match the high street showroom feel that we are looking for.
With the structured approach to training that this company offers, you will need to be ready and willing to learn a new product and sales skill.It is therefore likely that you are at a stage in your career where you will readily accept almost learning the kitchen sales process from scratch but at the same time not being a complete novice to the industry.
On a personal level you will be confident, enthusiastic and hungry for success.Your passion to learn will be matched by your desire to earn.We will be expecting you to be sales driven whilst recognising the importance of design, able to close deals but not aggressive in your style.If successful you will be working with a fantastic product and the role is seen as that of a project manager rather than just pure design and sale.The relationship formed with the customer will see you managing a project from conception through to completion.
For the right individual a generous basic salary and commission package are on offer.Because this position is showroom based you will be looking to work retail hours with client visits conducted when required therefore a drivers licence is essential.However knowing some of the hours that can be expected to be worked in this industry, this company does not open on Sundays or bank holidays and a generous holiday allowance is also included.
