One of our key clients is currently looking to recruit a Bi-lingual Customer Service Advisor who is fluent in Korean and English. You will be working in their state of the art call centre in Gateshead. This role will involve you giving a high level of customer service whilst offering advice and support regarding the customer’s internet based account. Training will be given to enable you to resolve the customer’s enquiries. A reasonable understanding of using computers is essential, however more specific training will be provided. You should possess a desire to help customers, and be able to communicate effectively in both Korean and English. Key to this role will be your enthusiasm, experience in working with customers and communication. This role will require you to be fully flexible to work across the 24 hours a day, over the 7 days of the week, on a rotational basis. |
