Our client, one of the world best electronics companies with global networks, is urgently looking for
a Korean speaking European Marketing Communications Manager.
* Korean language skill is ESSENTIAL for this position.

Purpose of job:
- Drive global brand initiatives and set up/share the guideline as European brand steward
- Provide consolidated integrated marketing communication expertise to middle-small sized subsidiaries
Key objectives:
- Roll out & set up guideline for the brand consistency in consumer communication across Europe
- Deliver European input to HQ for global brand & communication strategies development to drive
optimized success in European Market
- Collaborate with subsidiaries on key marketing initiatives and provide IMC added value service
to the subsidiaries which IMC experiences & resources are not sufficient
- Manage European marketing capability enhancement
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with HQ, subsidiaries to ensure the marketing activity in European country are aligned
with Global/European marketing communication strategy & direction
- Function as 'Centre of excellence' for European subsidiaries and provide consulting
- Manage European "Brand committee" (share the best practice of capable European subsidiaries'
consumer communication strategy & activities with other European subsidiaries on the regular basis)
- Support the middle-small sized subsidiaries' communication strategy development & activation
- Monitor competitive brand communication strategy/activity in Europe
Personal requirements:
- Marketing experience in Consumer industry
- Knowledgeable in communication/media strategy, experience in "Above and Below the line" communication
- Experience in "coordination" of multi-countries and/or divisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communicator, strong interpersonal skills, good networker, good listener
- Persuasive personality, buy-in capabilities, flexible and adaptable, good negotiation skills
- Experience of working with different cultures, high sensitivity for cultural difficulties
- Ability to multi-task & work in given timeline
- Fluent Korean in written and verbal communication
(ability to smoothly communicate with HQ for sensitive issue)
* Salary: 35~50K, negotiable depending on experience
* Job location: Chertsey, Surrey
