Purpose: Dreams - Britain's leading bed specialist - is growing fast. We've increased both sales and market share recently and our success story continues with new stores opening across the UK this year. With this in mind we're looking for a passionate, proactive individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Controller.
Key Result Areas: You'll be based at our Head Office in High Wycombe promoting compliance in the company, specifically in the field of Loss Prevention. To help prevent/reduce the losses through tighter audit and security controls and promote improved safety standards. You will introduce Policies and Procedures to reduce the risk across the business.
