We are one of the largest local authority employers in the Ebbw Vale area. Working for a local authority dedicated to recruiting talented and committed staff to provide the best possible services, we are now looking to recruit a Landscape Architect to join our Business Resource Centre Team.
The role:
Preparation of surveys, detailed designs, working drawings and contract documentation.
On-site supervision and contract administration of landscaping schemes.
Liasing with statutory bodies to obtain clearance information for County Borough Schemes.
Attendance of meetings where landscape issues are involved.
Assist in reviewing Planning Applications.
Dealing with queries, H&S and working with community groups.
Who we're looking for:
Degree in Landscape architecture or equivalent.
Proven experience of contract management and construction drawing and technical details.
IT Literate
Available for an immediate start.
On offer:
This role will start ASAP for approximately 12 months.
37 hours per week, 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
In return you will get a salary of 10.00 - 14.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.
