Our client is a multi diciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the Middle East, they now require an experienced Landscape Design Architect with experience in the full concept and design stage of Parks and Recreation projects.
As a Landscape Architect you will be responsible for creating landscape designs & estimating projects on some of the most prestigious and internally recognized mega-projects within the region. This position requires an innovative designer with good organizational, time management and communications skills who is motivated to actively contribute to sustainability initiatives in challenging environments. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:- Producing innovative and practical landscape designs to renovate, enhance and improve properties for company clients.- Preparation of illustrative presentations and coordination of on-site meetings with key stakeholders and regulatory personnel where required. - Involvement in both pre and post site supervision stages including property inspection, site inventory & analysis, cost analysis, plant layout and completion of services evaluation.- Preparation of measurements, base maps, digital imagery, colour rendering, and select of plant material in conjunction with generating estimates for design projects & review to ensure scope of work meets requirements. - Assist managers and sales representatives with concepts & marketing materials

Candidates that possess experience in arid conditions preferably in the Gulf region, will be highly regarded.
