Law Costs Draftsman: This is a chance for an experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join an expanding Cost Management team within a Legal 500 Solicitors firm in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be attending to Solicitors' files across a range of disciplines and prepare costs claims for submission to opposing Solicitors or the Courts. The ideal candidate will have had negotiating and advocacy experience.
Law Costs Draftsman - Key Responsibilities:
- Handle own caseload of Law Cost claims.
- Undertake negotiations and advocate claims when required.
Law Costs Draftsman - Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience handling Law Costs claims.
- Experience advocating and negotiating.
