Law Costs Draftsperson
Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Law Cost Draftsperson to join their Cardiff Office.
Main Duties;
- Preparation of Bills of Costs, primarily for personal injury claims but also commercial dispute cases.
- Preparation of Points of Dispute and replies
- Attending assessment hearings
- Mediating settlements
Required skills / experience;
- Experience in preparing bills of costs, points of dispute, replies etc
- Proven negotiation skills
- Experience of attending court
- Good IT and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen would be preferable.
Salary is completive and dependent on skills and experience
