Our financial planning customers rely on our guys to process £140m of new business applications (pensions, investment and protection products) each year in our Glasgow Service Centre, and to maintain their records. Working with all the key stakeholders in the centre, you'll ensure excellent customer service standards and make outbound calls to resolve queries.
What you'll give our customers
Influencing the end-to-end cycle time, you'll provide a contact centre service to c1,000,000 Barclays Financial Planning customers and to c1,000 Financial Planning Managers, maintaining effective relationships with the front office and their product providers.

What you'll need
You'll need to be a strong team player, with the drive and commitment to help the team to deliver their operational objectives. You'll use your experience within an operational or customer service environment, especially handling high volumes of inbound calls, and your good PC skills, to speak to customers and Financial Planning Mangers on the phone.
