Lead Designer – Brighton
£30k-£40k Base
Lead Designer needed for a company who has been designing award-winning bespoke learning solutions for over 20 years. Their increasing workload means they urgently need a Lead Designer to work at their Brighton Head Office.
The Lead Designers main purpose will be to design learning content, ensuring it meets design specification and the client’s needs, within tight deadlines.
Skills:
§Creative Flair
§The ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, concise and effective manner
§Knowledge and understanding of the advances in e-learning design
§Attention to detail
§The ability to work as a member of a team
§The ability to understand and assess client needs
§Knowledge of user interface design
§An understanding of project processes
§Experience of working in a project environment
§Extensive understanding of learning design, including questioning and assessment techniques
§The ability to develop and maintain good relationships with SME’s and clients
