Requirements:
* Ideally a Bachelors Degree or above, major in HVAC/mechanical engineering & related field.
* Minimum 15 years total experience, with a minimum of 10 years active involvement in design projects with procurement and construction components, ideally in the Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent.
* Experienced in specification, evaluation, validation and documentation of Mechanical Plant Design
* Specific experience in the design of midsize CHP plants, preferably Tri-generation technology
* Have relevant discipline work experience and be familiar with national and international standards and codes
* Possess strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Experience in quantity and cost evaluation as well as in preparing system related tender packages.
* Ability to leading and supervise a large engineering team
* Strong ability to work in international project teams and willingness to travel.
