Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree or above, major in HVAC/mechanical engineering & related field. Master degree preferred
* Ideally have 15 years total experience, with a minimum of 10 years active involvement in design projects with procurement and construction components, ideally in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Experienced in specification, evaluation, validation and documentation of HVAC Design and construction of HVAC systems.
* Specific experience in the design of laboratories for Pharmaceutical/Biochemical production and R&D facilities.
* Be familiar with national and international standards and codes.
* Strong communication / negotiation / and presentation skills.
* Experience in quantity and cost evaluation as well as in preparing system related tender packages.
* Leading and supervision of engineering team member related to the project.
* Strong ability to work with international project teams and willing to travel.
