Location: Midlands Based
Salary: Up to 30k basic plus OTE & excellent benefits including: pension contribution, healthcare insurance, good holidays etc
Our Client is a successful Recruitment & Employment Agency that supplies Industrial, Driving & Engineering staff for both Temporary and permanent positions. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Recruitment Consultant to specialise in the business start up of the Renewable Energy Sector. In order to succeed you will need to have the following skills/experience.
- Experience in the recruitment industry essential

Lead Recruitment Consultant Key responsibilities include:
- Generate & develop business by actively identifying new potential customers
- Canvass potential / current customers to increase business
- Identify/recruit suitable candidates to meet the requirements of customers
- Support and guide Consultants to achieve the performance targets set
- Analyse data and market trends to identify business opportunities
- Ensure adherence of all legislative requirements, Company policies & procedures
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided
