One of the UK’s most successful privately owned financial recruitment companies is looking to expand its Commerce and Industry, Practice, Audit, Risk and Tax Divisions.
Working closely within a team of 5 consultants, you will be heading up a healthy desk of financial contractors currently billing from £280,000 - £600,000+. Recruiting on a high end contingent basis, placements range anywhere from £400-£1,200 per day on contract and £60-£150,000 on permanent roles.
After 3 months, you will inherit commission earnings equivalent to £68,000 per year (commission only)! It’s a dual desk, so you will have the opportunity to focus on contract and permanent placements.

The commission scheme on offer is exceptional, consultants can earn a third of all billings. There is a real emphasis on providing a work/life balance, along with a meritocratic management team and success culture. All Senior Associate Directors were promoted from within.
The company is known for it's legendary client events, previous outings include dinner at The Ivy, Lords Private Box events, Public Speaking invitations and business motivational events.
You will be working alongside some of the most successful consultants in the industry and can expect to earn a generous base salary of £30-£55k dependant on your experience.
To be successful, you will posses at least 12 months financial recruitment experience. Other sectors may be looked at if you have a genuine interest within finance and proven billing history. You will posses excellent negotiation skills and be able to work within a fast paced environment among people who thrive on success.
