To support the implementation of Lean at our convenience foods manufacturing facility in Attleborough, we are looking for a Lean Co-ordinator who will manage, monitor and track the development and progress of the project against plan, and also develop and lead the Lean training programme. As the guardian of Lean on site, you will provide the education and communication to ensure that the principles and practices of Lean manufacturing are fully embraced.

You will need to be passionate and knowledgeable about the principles and tools of Lean manufacturing and have performed the role of Lean Trainer and Facilitator in a manufacturing environment. In addition, you’ll need strong planning, organisation and project-management skills to ensure that our journey is fully measured and project risks are identified and addressed.

• Knowledge and experience of Lean manufacturing techniques
• Experience of training and educating others in Lean tools and principles
• Experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, advanced in Lean principles
• A track record in team facilitation or supervision
