Learning & Development Advisor - National Role - up to £35,000 + car allowance
Creative and innovative trainer required to work with a growing retailer. Lots of travel, lots of hard work and loads of fun - if you can demonstrate a proven track record of creative design and delivery of training in a non-corporate, fast paced environment I would love to hear from you.
You will have regional training experience, have lots of examples of designing creative training interventions, often from scratch, have the confidence to lead this growing organisation in their L&D strategy, and commercial awareness to measure your inputs and success. Retail experience is not essential but you need to have worked for high energy organisations.
