young people. Offering a range of qualifications, top quality training and
excellent support, they’ve already helped thousands of people. An opportunity
has now arisen for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join their team.
Joining the Quality team, in this role you will assist with moving
forward learning and development for staff, learners and employers.
As a
Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the quality
assurance of assessment and verification within the company, working closely
with the Quality Manager to drive forward continuous improvement.
You
will also:
- Deliver the Learning and Development qualification
including assessor and verifier awards
- Taking a lead role in supporting
the Learning and Development team
- Leading external verification visits
with various awarding bodies
- Liaising with awarding bodies for scheme
approvals
There will also be the opportunity to build on this job role
to ensure our client delivers a quality provision for learners and employers.
To be considered for this position you must have:
- Assessor and
verifier qualifications: A1 (D32/D33) and V1 (D34)
- Experience of assessing
and verifying
The ideal Learning & Development Co-ordinator will
also hold a teaching and learning qualification.
