Our client is a leading global professional services organisation based in the heart of the city. Following a high profile merger and acquisition, an excellent opportunity has arisen or an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to join this established and highly respected team. Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be responsible for partnering a specialist fee earning client population of just over 800 across the UK and EMEA. This is an extremely client facing role where you will be given the opportunity to contribute creatively to a range of Learning and Development initiatives. Key delivery areas include the entire training life cycle where you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a range of soft skills learning products. The ideal Candidate should have extensive operational Learning and Development experience, be client facing and off Graduate calibre with CIPD or part qualified. Experience within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
