Our client is a leading independent provider of community care services across Scotland and the North East of England. They provide person centred services and support up to 430 clients with learning disabilities. Due to this continuous success they are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager who will be based from their Midlothian office and be responsible for covering the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of training and learning events systematically and to agreed quality standard, co-ordinating all aspects of the Learning and Development programme, working with organisational and operational management to identify their learning needs, working as a trainer to delivery training and learning events to agreed quality standards.
To be considered for this post, we are inviting candidates with a qualification within Social Work, CIPD or equivalent, experience working in Learning Disabilities or care sectors coupled with management experience.
