Job Description:
Your remit will be to design, develop and implement a sales performance and negotiation program, aimed at training and developing the commercial trading unit of a market leading insurance company. The internal changes within this insurer have resulted in a cultural change towards a more dynamic trading sales environment, and this position will be instrumental in up-skilling and leading the existing staff (commercial underwriters) into this environment. You will lead training sessions and groups as well as be confident in a one on one situations, from junior members of staff through to more senior underwriters.

Ideally you will be an experienced sales trainer, with the ability to build, develop and deliver comprehensive sales development, negotiation and training programs, aimed at the commercial insurance market.
