MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:To attend Magistrates’ Courts Nationwide in relation to CMH and also some applications e.g. hearsay/bad character section 8 hearings PTRs and CMCs. Representing clients in relation to Guilty Plea/exceptional Hardship cases. To be involved in trials involving factual defences and non-alcohol technical cases. To assist with the firm’s out of hours rota. To attend and possibly deliver internal training courses. To assist with proof taking and meeting clients as required. Drafting Defence Case Statements and Skeleton Arguments. You will have 2-3 years PQE
