Dynamic Atmosphere
1) To assist the Compliance Manager in the review and approval of client communications including all financial promotions, business correspondence and marketing material through various channels, ensuring compliance with the relevant regulatory and business standards
2) Manage the Groups trading styles including maintaining trademark protection, dealing with cases of trademark and copyright infringement and maintaining relevant registrations with our regulators
3) To carry out appropriate due diligence and to review, advise and make recommendations on the implications of contractual arrangements with business partners
4) To draft new and amended terms of business for products offered by the Group as required
5) To monitor and review relevant industry publications/regulatory guidance to assess the impact of new or changing legislation or regulation on the Group’s activities
5) To participate in business projects ensuring implementation and delivery of project-based work
6) To undertake any other duties that may reasonably fall within the scope of this role
