Pre-Issue RTA Team – Litigation Executive/Legal Assistant
Working for this highly pro-active private client law firm based in central Southampton - the ideal candidate will have held a similar role previoulsy. Excellent opportunity
The purpose of this post is to obtain compensation against negligent parties on behalf of injured clients. The individual will be a self sufficient fee earner who will meet fee income targets and work profitably.
Candidates will:-
• have relevant experience of RTA matters
• have excellent IT skills
• have good telephone and client handling skills
• have a client focussed approach to work
• ideally have experience of using a case management system
