I am currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary position, working for a global company in Solihull.

The role involves working as part of a welcoming team, providing administrative support to two key members of staff. It is a busy role with tight deadlines, providing a great opportunity to become part of an established property company.

The main duties include:

Large capacity of audio typing

Editing legal documentation

Correspondence

Filing hard copy and electronically

Photocopying and scanning legal documentation

Binding and collating documents

Meeting and conference call arrangements

Diary management.

Skills required:

Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes

Be a big team player yet have the ability to perform tasks efficiently alone

Highly organised and understand the need to keep in line with company values

Maintain excellent interpersonal skills along with a professional attitude to enable the ability to communicate at all levels.

Experience in a similar role within a property company would be advantageous.

Working hours: Monday to Friday / 09:00 – 17:30.

This expanding company are offering a competitive salary of £18,000.
