We are recruiting for an outgoing confident Leisure Club Manager to manage a successful team including senior members of the team to work for a very prestigious hotel near Cheshire within the hotel there are additional features including, top notch bars and restaurants and the hotel is situated in a beautiful location. The leisure Club has top notch equipment including sauna and steam room and specialist treatment rooms to make sure your stay at the hotel is both luxurious and relaxing . Our client prides its self on offering pristine facilities to its guests and members
As a manager you will liase with other departments, recruitment of your team including managing performance of the team to ensure they hit the overall target which will be split down to weekly, monthly and quarterly targets, training the team including the new members of the team, holding team meetings to brief staff of any promotions, ensure the team are putting all the information on the system, managing the stock, one of your main responsibilities on the sales side is to drive the business forward which will mean creating new ideas and unique opportunites to attract new members, to make sure that everyone that visits the facilities leaves with a positive opinion of the hotel, managing any isues or complaints, you will work as part of the Duty Management team and conduct the performance reviews of the team.
To be successful at the role you must have worked managing a team within the leisure industry and ensure the department consistently offers the highest professional standards of service for the guests and maximises the profitability and you must be able to prioritise your time and duties as well as having great attention to detail
You will work a 45 hour week which will include evenings and weekends
