Leisure to Business Travel
Established business house is expanding
its team and therefore requires a business travel consultant to service a
multitude of business travel accounts.
The responsibilities of the business travel
consultant will be to book business travel reservations for flights, hotel,
rail, eurostar and car hire. He/she will be answering incoming emails and
calls in a quick and efficient manner providing exceptional customer service
to its clients. You will follow company procedures and company profiles in
order to complete bookings accurately. You will be responsible for making
changes and advising clients the difference in price where applicable. You
will also ensure all tickets and vouchers are issued correctly and your
administration is up to date. You will be expected to develop client
relationships in order to retain accounts.
The successful applicant will have
previous experience working in leisure travel fully trained in using one of
the CRS's (sabre, galileo, amadeus or worldspan). You will have previous
experience of booking short haul and longhual flights and ideally rail and
hotels. You will possess excellent communication skills, able to work in a
fast paced environment and within a friendly team environment.
