Lettings Manager
A well-established and reputable estate agency is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Lettings Manager for their Gloucester office.
Due to the broad responsibilities of the role, the client requires an individual with drive, tenacity and most importantly the determination to make the lettings business financially successful.
This role would be suitable for either an experienced Lettings Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator seeking the next step up in their career and as such the following are important requirements:
-Minimum 3 years residential lettings experience
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional qualifications e.g. ARLA/NAEA will be considered a great advantage.

-Articulate
-Full Driving Licence
