Having been in the business for over 10yrs my client is a highly established Lettings, Investment and Renovations company with selected offices in the Uk.
Currently looking for a regional consultant to cover ther bristol area, key factors of the role will be:
Management, Planning & Reporting:
* To play an active role in weekly sales meetings
* To complete daily call sheets and weekly reports
Objectives:
* To rent a minimum of 5 properties per week. (10 in high season)
* To convert clients to 24 month lets by explaining benefits
* To achieve a 40% conversion ratio through use of sales aids, sales techniques and follow up.
* To help generate new leads through always asking new tenants for referrals, building a network of active referral ( estate agents, Sols, universities etc) and advertising.
* To give excellent service and communicate well with both Tenants and Landlords
* To help solve property issues quickly
* Complete admin quickly
* To work with more head office teams o ensure smooth changeover of tenancies and take an active part in property inspections
General:
* To ensure effective customer care, which will generate growth through referrals
* To come up with ideas on sales, customer care and Business Development
* The nature of this position would require some working outside normal hours.

As the ideal candidate you must possess a proven track record in property, have strong sales and communication skills. You will need to be able to manage your time effectively, be highly self motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
This is a home based role but you will be required to travel around the Bristol area.
