LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR - A LETTINGS ADMINISTRATION ROLE WITH NO SALES TARGETS AND NO WEEKENDS!! This is a great chance to join an expanding national property firm where there are excellent opportunities for long term career development and progression. Having recently been awarded a contract with another new client, they are now looking to expand with a brand new dedicated client team.

As a Lettings Administrator / Property Administrator, you will be working alongside a Property Manager and will be responsible for the general administration for a portfolio of properties, taking care of letting agreements and also following through the property sale.

Day-to-day duties include

·dealing with maintenance queries and ensuring work is carried out

·managing the property lettings through letting agents

·ensuring rental payments are diverted

·managing move-ins and move-outs,

·maintaining inventory records

·dealing with dilapidations and deposit returns

·dealing with utility bills and council tax matters

·obtaining vacant possession to ensure a smooth sale transaction

·liaising with borrowers, lender agents and tenants and contractors

·maintaining accurate records on the database

The ideal candidates will have some previous experience in the property sector, such as within an estate agency, lettings agency or conveyancing department. Property repossessions or experience in LPA management would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. Equally, if you have excellent customer service skills, are comfortable in transactional or process driven work and have the ability to deal with non-standard situations, we’d love to hear from you.
