The Role Working as part of a busy team valuing and letting private properties. This involves arranging and conducting viewings and negotiations with all parties involved with regard to letting of properties.. The Person This role would suit a well presented, energetic and highly motivated individual with1st class communication skills, a positve, can do approach to work, happy to work to targets and gain targeted amounts of business. A proven track record in face to face sales would be a distinct advantage. Must possess a full clean driving licence, own transport and be prepared to work Saturdays and have a day off in the week. (To work a 5 day week always) Salary £14K+ basic + Commission Based in the Surbiton area. Car Allowance
