Our client is a national company and are looking the next addition to their already successful and highly regarded team.
The role will be based between West Bromwich and East Shropshire and duties will include:
*Pro-actively supporting the lettings process
*Conducts viewing with prospective tenants
*Market research on comparable properties
*Negotiating optimum property rental on void properties
*Qualify prospective tenants using criteria and own judgement
*Point of contact for prospective tenants via telephone
*Booking appointments and explaining the letting application process
*Liaising with and administrating with all parties over the phone and possibly face to face to a successful conclusion for each let
*Identifying property improvements and liaising with site manager and maintenance team for void properties
*Dealing with current tenant’s enquiries and day to day administration of our West Midlands portfolio of over 500 properties
*Review and develop potential new marketing strategies
