We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s largest Estate Agency groups.
They are currently looking to expand their existing staff levels, as the market is starting to take a positive turn. They are searching for an experienced Estate Agent to take on the role as the Listing Manager within one of their leading branches in Dover, Kent.
Role
As an Listing Manager your role will also include generating valuations through organising and executing the office marketing campaign to gain fresh valuations. This will be through canvassing, door knocking, and chasing down new and existing leads. You should also lead from the front with your property sales and your cross sales.
To fulfil this exciting role you need to have the drive and determination to exceed your personal and office targets and be passionate in winning new business and creating new opportunities.

Experience
- You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency.
- You will have 2 / 3 years minimum experience, in Estate Agency.
