Job Role

The role will require knowledge of mortgage litigation, lenders, loans and most importantly consumer credit act (CCA).
We are looking for a solicitor, barrister or legal executive with 2+ years experience, ideally from a financial services or in-house background. You will have exposure to High Court and County Court litigation, process and procedure. Management and / or advocacy experience would be beneficial.
Our client is a large, reputable business based in the South West of England.
£40,000 - £45,000 + bonus, car allowance, pension, holiday and much more.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
