Locality Manager
£21,000-£25,000 p.a. and highly generous benefits package
Working closely with the Area Manager, you’ll manage a team of Senior and standard level Support Workers, overseeing a number of services to ensure that the support they provide fully reflects the rights, choices and independence of service users.This includes helping them to develop their own care plans, exercise cultural beliefs and develop lasting relationships.
To make the grade you will need proven experience of recruiting staff and effectively managing teams.A full, clean driving licence is also essential, while knowledge and experience in Social Care/Healthcare would be highly desirable.
