Locum Agent is required within the East Sussex, East Surrey and Kent areas, based from Uckfield.
NFU Mutual is a financial services provider whose range of products extend from general insurance to investments, pensions, life assurance as well as finance. Due to tremendous growth and market success, NFU Mutual are looking for a talented Locum Agent in Uckfield.
Our Senior Account Executives run our local offices like clockwork, so when they're out of the business or there is a vacancy, we use our Locum Agents to not only keep the business ticking but to ensure our customers are given the same quality of award-winning service they are accustomed to. The ideal Locum Agent will have a strong background within general insurance sales, coupled with the great people skills to be able to build relationships internally with the staff and externally with the customers in a busy local office.
You must have proven success of working in; a general insurance sales environment or have sales experience within the regulated finance market and have the ability to coach, motivate the team to be competent in their role and to meet the regulatory compliance regulations and KPIs. In addition, you'll need to be confident, diplomatic and have the ability to forge strong relationships with the agencies you work with. A degree and or ACII qualification to complement your expertise would also be essential. We will also consider part qualified ACII candidates who are willing and committed to completing this qualification.
