My client is a very fun and funky juice and smoothie concept which is expanding across the UK.
They are looking for a manager for their unit in Peterborough!!
You will be responsible for managing the store operation with the aim of achieving high levels of profit, standards and customer service.
You must be able to manage, motivate, train and develop your team; have an understanding of sales targets and budgets and how these are achieved; be an ambassador for customer service; and be a team player who is happy to share ideas with fellow colleagues. Above all else you need passion, commitment and genuine leadership ability.
Previous experience in a management position is essential, ideally gained in a fast food or retail environment. This would be a great opportunity for a 'first time' manager! You will have a good working knowledge of the basics of food hygiene. A good communicator and a responsible attitude are a must.
There are excellent prospects to advance within the company for the right applicant. Full training will be given. In return they will provide you with 21 days holiday per year, a bonus and incentive scheme, free uniform, plus staff discount. 45 hour work week (5 days out of 7, shopping centre hours).
The basic salary is £18,000 + Monthly Bonus!!!
