With that in mind, we’re creating a brand new area within the Loyalty & Retentions function of our contact centre in Sunderland, and you could be part of it. This is about talking to customers, working out what they are looking for, and coming up with ways to meet their needs.
It's not always easy. Sometimes these customers will be adamant that they want to move on. Which is why we're looking for resilient individuals who'll always go that bit further to find the best way forward. In return, you can look forward to life in a buzzing team as well as an uncapped bonus.
