We are currently seeking a 'MANUFACTURING CELL LEADER" to join one of the UK's leading manufacturing businesses supplying products to several blue chip clients
THE MANUFACTURING CELL LEADER
- To provide leadership and motivation to a manufacturing cell resulting in continuous improvements to mini business objectives.
THE SUCCESSFUL MANUFACTURING CELL LEADER
- Excellent Team leader skills with a proven track record
- Lean Manufacturing background
- Man management skills and experience
- Report writing
- Positive attitude with productive outcomes
- Used to implementing change to gain maximum production out put
- Clear communication skills
- Lean manufacturing - Implementation
- Team leadership
- Computer Literacy - Word -Excel- Bespoke computer packages
- Degree qualified in manufacturing / engineering or similar
