This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Cheshire based team. Our talented management team, employees and recent capital investment have secured our position as the UK's market leader of home improvements products and interiors. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for delivering marketing communication activity for the business working from our Head Office in Macclesfield.
Key Responsibilities include
* Working to develop co-ordinate and implement marketing activities to support the organisation
* Deliver key business objectives across all sales and distribution channels.
* Working alongside the Product Management team you will initiate marketing activity to achieve additional revenue generation through the promotion of our business through all relevant marketing communication methods.
* Creation and management of promotions and campaigns using all elements of the marketing mix, sales promotions, incentives, POS, merchandising, advertising, PR and event management.
* Management and maintenance of our website to ensure content is updated and refreshed in line with current campaigns, propositions, brand guidelines and customer requirements.
* Liaison with marketing agencies, suppliers and printers to execute all marketing activity within agreed deadlines and budgets.
* End to end project management of any marketing communication activity undertaken, including; creating supplier briefs, co-ordinating production and sign off of all marketing material, co-ordinating printing and mailing schedules, planning and delivering website marketing activity, briefing internal departments of activity timescales and propositions and reporting on the outcome of all activity.
* Provide regular reports, analysis and feedback of any marketing activity to evaluate results and provide recommendation for future activity.
* Create and initiate innovative marketing ideas and solutions to ensure that we attain the desired business and marketing objectives.
* Promote a positive, professional and consistent brand image to both the internal and external customer base.
* Build and maintain good communication and working relationships with all colleagues and business divisions at all levels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an incredibly successful group. Attractive basic salary of £20 - £25K depending on experience.
