This leading tour operator in West Sussex are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of up to £22k, company bonus and a generous benefits package.
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
* To plan, create and implement integrated marketing communication campaigns to ensure that they meet brand, product and commercial objectives.
* To deliver the agreed marketing plan to budget
* To manage the ROI analysis on all activity results
* Manage the delivery of annual direct marketing communications plan
* Copywriting for all marketing campaigns including advertising, direct marketing, website splashpages, e-newsletters, partnership marketing and other promotional material
* Develop and manage all ad hoc / long term brand partnerships to increase direct share through brand awareness
* Work closely with the product and aviation teams to produce relevant marketing proposals to generate activity.
* To effectively manage the PR agency to achieve brand awareness in the agreed media (on and offline)
Brand Marketing Manager Skills required:
* Marketing experience controlling the full marketing mix in B2C environment
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal copy writing skills
* Ability to manage budget effectively
* Knowledge of the travel industry
