Teach in are currently recruiting for a teacher who can teach Maths, up to Key Stage 4 for an amazing school based in Buckinghamshire.
In their last ofsted report, the school obtained a Grade 1 and did not score below a 2 throughout the whole report. It was commented that the leadership and management is outstanding? and that a clear direction is set for the school that is understood by teachers, students and their parents.
Standards are exceptionally high and students` achievements are excellent. Pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities are supported and make very good progress and are equally pushed in the right direction to succeed to their full potential. Facilities are state of the art and students benefit from this which is reflected in their exam results that are constantly well above the national average.
Teach in are looking for a great Maths teacher who can produce results that the school are used to. Someone who will want to involve themselves within the whole of school life and who can build a quick rapport with the students will fit in perfectly. Previous experience teaching Maths is essential and someone who has taught in a high achieving school previously will have an advantage, however it is all about the person and what they feel they can bring to the school.
