Our client is a leading, and well-respected London M&E Contractor, with their office in Kent servicing London and the South East

About Our Client

Commercial Development has always been a key area of focus for our client and this is where many of their relationships with blue chip clients have developed. They apply their experience in this sector to deliver better value results for clients. Our client is currently looking to take on an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for surveying activities on allocated contracts.

About the Role

* Calculate costs associated with contract variations
* Prepare internal financial cost reconciliation reports
* Prepare the Final Account
* Negotiation of the Final Account
* Investigation into reasons for over expenditure

About the Candidate

* Produce valuations on time
* An up-to-date list of known variations produced for each valuation
* Ability to provide satisfactory answers for any effects on cash flow
* Ability to train, develop and mentor junior members of the team
* Ideally previous experience of working on projects involving HV systems


Points of Appeal

* Excellent basic circa 45K, commanding competitive benefits
