GREAT Opportunity for M&E Maintenance Estimator
About Our Client
Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial and Industrial maintenance and hard services sectors with a £100m turnover. They are now looking to acquire a M&E Maintenance Estimator from their West Midlands base. The company are currently looking for an Estimator to help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role
* Provide net cost tenders for adjudication
* Co-ordination of the tender process
* Develop and maintain robust estimate systems and procedures
* Develop relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
* Be at the centre of driving initiatives that improve margins
* Attend client meetings to represent the business on M&E matters
About the Candidate
* Detailed understanding of M&E requirement and legislation with experience/understanding of maintenance & planned maintenance/FM sectors.
* Must be analytical and forward thinking
* 5 - 10 years estimating. Bid writing experience
* Ability to develop relationships with design consultants, clients, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers
* Able to identify areas of risk and opportunity
* Encourage a high level of performance in others
* Be inspirational with the drive to succeed and must have a 'Can do' attitude
