My client is looking for a M&E Surveyor to provide high end surveying services to their Buildings and Estates Department.
Duties will include:
- To prepare reports and surveys and review all surveys completed by others
- To advise on all required works
- To manage the planning of works in line with the Lifecycle periodicity plans
- Review projects to ensure value for money
- Carry out other duties as required
- To undertake and manage work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation
- To complete all sub-contractor management in line with the company processes and procedures
- Manage / work within the company safe systems of work for all work related activities.
Candidates will require a qualification within an Engineering or Surveying discipline (MRICS, or MCIOB chartered status or equivalent) and IOSH Managing Safely. They will also need to demonstrate experience of managing projects within timescales and cost.
All candidates will need to be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
