The role will include internal Helpdesk reporting e.g. productivity of operators, teams, commissions. To identify trends and highlight to Resourcing Team Leader and Head of Helpdesk. To work in conjunction with the Team Leaders to provide them with MI. The post holder will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent Excel skills.
Requirements EssentialExcellent EXCEL skills, ability to produce user friendly reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.Understanding of the Key MI requirements of a Helpdesk DesirableKnowledge of computer databases and their applications. Experience of working with, and developing KPI's and measurement information in a similar environment
Responsibilities
- Work within the Resourcing Team and provide support to colleagues.
- Liaison with Team Leaders to understand their MI requirements.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and by reports.
- Helpdesk MI to internal and external stake holders./
- Assist in the development of systems and processes.
- To achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) on a regular basis, requesting training and development as necessary to assist you in your duties and personal development.
- To assist with the development on ongoing benchmarking systems and maintain their use to ensure ongoing objective measurement of our performance.
- To be able to design a suite of reports (automated where possible) within the Helpdesk, that are user friendly and provide the necessary MI to drive through improvements.
- To provide all client reports generated within the Helpdesk.
- Ability to understand the relevance of the MI, identify trends, anomalies and high light these to the Resource Team Leader and the Head of Helpdesk.
- To work within and to, processes and procedures.
- Support the Resource team in the absence of resource coordinators.
- To be able to extract data from a number of sources.
- To be able to manipulate data in to meaningful management information.
- To respond quickly and efficiently to requests for MI both internally and through the Account teams.
- To achieve a high degree of accuracy, applying logic and common sense to requests for MI, ensuring that identified criteria are escalated in accordance with procedures.
