MORTGAGE ADVISER
LOCATION: KINGSTON
Salary range - £21,000 - £28,000 with ote £35000+

You will provide an efficient and friendly service to all branch customers, through identifying customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions by meeting personal objectives and individual sales targets.You will conduct mortgage interviews, providing advice and a recommendation where appropriate.On occasion you will assist, and deputise for, the Branch Manager in supervising Mortgage Arrangers and Customer Service Assistants.
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have passed your Maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above; have had previous direct customer contact in a sales/financial service environment with a proven sales ability.You will be self confident with a friendly personality and can demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and administrative skills, and be a flexible team player.You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
